FAQs, Shipping, and Return Policy

Shipping: Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion of your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. We use USPS and have the option for Route protection. If you have any issues with shipment once your package has left our care, you will need to contact USPS or Route directly with your tracking numbers. We are willing to help in any way possible! 

Refunds: Refunds will not be given unless we have sent the incorrect size or print. Please refer to the size charts included with each product when ordering. You must contact us at wildgnomecreations@gmail.com within three business days if there is an error with your order.

Refunds cannot be given once the shirt has been worn. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs, or other odors, will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

Due to the handmade nature of these items, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable. I make every effort to ensure items are of high quality before presenting them to you. Color and size of prints may vary. Items may differ from photos due to lighting, filters, or monitor settings. Accessories not included.

Substitutions: Wild Gnome Creations, LLC reserves the right to substitute a garment when needed with a product of equal or better quality and value.

 

Care Intructions:

T-SHIRTS

Wash inside-out on cold using mild detergent. Avoid the use of bleach and fabric softener.

Tumble dry on low or hang dry (best).

Do not iron.

 

HATS

Spot clean with a mild detergent.

 

MUGS & MASON JARS 

Hand wash only. 

Mugs with a metal edge are not microwave safe. 

 

TOTES

 Spot clean only with a mild detergent.

Avoid the use of bleach.

Do not iron.
